The Jewish Literacy Course

Starting this Fall in Midtown, September 16th at 6:30pm join Rabbi Yaacov Deyo and 18 other intrepid souls as we bundle two dozen 'how-tos' of Jewish Life into twelve oh-so-practical conversational hebrew classes. Not only will you gain the ability to hold a 10-15 minute basic conversation in hebrew, but you will also learn how to hang a mezuzah, conduct yourself in a house of mourning, make challah, say kiddush, light a menorah -- and do 19 other activities of Jewish Life. You will become one very skilled Jewish type person! The class is free, comes with dinner, and will be repeated on the same night at 8:15pm in the Village.
