Young Philanthropist Committee

The Young Philanthropist Committee or YPC, is a group of Taglit-Birthright Israel Alumni working together for the purposes of learning about and participating in the philanthropic process.

To be part of this committee, individuals donate $250 or $500, depending on their denominational group, whereupon Birthright Israel NEXT, NY will match their collective donations up to $10,000. Each member of the committee is asked to promote a charity to the rest of the group and together make the final determination by vote as to which charity will receive either the donation.
